Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026
This policy explains what information PRQT Labs collects through prqtlabs.com and the Paraqyt beta, how it is used, and the choices you have. PRQT Labs is owned and operated by Fanchi Enterprises.
1.Who we are
PRQT Labs is owned and operated by Fanchi Enterprises, a sole proprietorship. In this policy, “PRQT Labs”, “we” and “us” refer to Fanchi Enterprises operating as PRQT Labs.
Business address: [BUSINESS ADDRESS]
Privacy contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]
2.What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website at prqtlabs.com, including the Contact and Request Access forms, and the Paraqyt research application during its beta. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.
3.Information we collect
Request Access submissions
Your name, email address, organization, role or title, field or technology area, intended use, any optional message, and whether you opted in to product emails. A submission is a request for human review; it does not create an account.
Contact submissions
Your name, email address, optional organization, the topic you selected, your message, and whether you opted in to product emails.
Email-consent records
If — and only if — you tick the optional product-email box, we record your email address, which form you used, the time you consented, the wording you agreed to and the version of that wording. Submitting a form without ticking the box does not sign you up for anything.
Paraqyt account information
If you are invited to the beta: your name, email address, sign-in credentials (handled by our authentication provider), and records of the research access your account is authorized to use.
Conversations and research content
The questions you ask, the answers Paraqyt returns, citations and related metadata, and the research threads you save.
Private PDF attachments
Documents you choose to upload to Paraqyt. You retain ownership of them; see section 6 and our Terms.
Security and technical information
IP addresses, browser and device information, and logs of security-relevant events, used to protect the service and prevent abuse. For form rate-limiting on this website we store a one-way hash derived from your IP address rather than the address itself. Our hosting providers may also process IP addresses in ordinary server logs.
Analytics
This website does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we introduce privacy-conscious analytics, we will update this policy first.
4.How we use information
- To review access requests and, where approved, send an invitation.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To provide Paraqyt: authenticating you, enforcing research access, answering questions, and saving threads.
- To secure the service, detect and prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To send occasional product-related emails, only if you opted in. You can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal obligations.
5.Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate the website and Paraqyt:
- Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase) — hosting, database, authentication and file storage for the website and application.
- xAI — the AI reasoning provider for Paraqyt. Requests carrying research context are sent from our servers with provider-side storage disabled, and results are admitted only when the provider’s response confirms zero data retention.
- Hosting and content-delivery providers — to serve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
6.AI processing of your content
To answer a question, Paraqyt sends relevant context to our AI provider from our servers. That context can include your question, parts of the conversation, protected PRQT research you are authorized to access, and — when Paraqyt opens one of your attachments to reason over it — relevant content from that attachment.
Public-web search is offered only while a conversation contains no protected PRQT content and no private attachment content, or anything derived from either.
7.Retention and account deletion
We keep Contact and Request Access submissions for as long as needed to review and respond to them and to keep a record of the request. Email-consent records are kept while your consent is active and for as long afterwards as needed to show that consent was given. You can ask us to delete a submission at any time.
Self-service account deletion is being added to Paraqyt before broad beta and is not yet live. Until then, you can ask us to delete your account using the contact details above. Once self-service deletion is live, it will work as follows, and we will update this section:
- Account and research access will be disabled immediately when deletion begins.
- Ordinary account data and research content will be removed within 24 hours, with automatic retries until cleanup completes.
- Limited security metadata, including IP addresses associated with security-relevant events, may be retained for up to 90 days for abuse, security and fraud prevention.
- For confirmed permanent bans, minimal keyed identifiers may be retained for as long as the ban remains in force. Ordinary research content is not retained indefinitely for ban enforcement.
8.Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, server-side enforcement of research access and restricted provider capabilities to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our Trust page describes these controls in more detail.
9.Age requirement
Paraqyt is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10.Your choices and rights
- You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you.
- You can withdraw product-email consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
- You can choose not to upload attachments or use Paraqyt at all; the public website works without an account.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact [CONTACT EMAIL].
11.International processing
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
12.Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the product changes. We will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice on this site or by email before they take effect where practical.
