Terms of Service

1.The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Fanchi Enterprises, operating as PRQT Labs (“PRQT Labs”, “we”, “us”). They apply alongside our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Paraqyt.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Paraqyt.

3.The beta

Paraqyt is in beta and access is by invitation. Submitting a request on our website does not entitle you to an account. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the beta, and features may change without notice.

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4.Your account

• Accounts are individual. Organization or team accounts are not offered during the beta.
• You must not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5.Access to protected research

Paraqyt gives you access to protected PRQT research only to the extent your account is authorized. That access is a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use the research through Paraqyt for your own research. It does not transfer ownership of, or grant any right to redistribute, the PRQT corpus.

6.Acceptable use

You must not:

• scrape, crawl or use automated means to access or extract content from Paraqyt;
• systematically extract, reconstruct or reproduce protected PRQT research, in whole or in substantial part;
• attempt to circumvent, probe or defeat access restrictions or other security controls;
• share, sell or transfer access to your account;
• upload material you do not have the right to use, or material that is unlawful;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, or use it to violate any law.

7.Your uploaded material

You retain ownership of the research and technical materials you upload. PRQT Labs does not acquire ownership of your uploaded material.

You grant PRQT Labs and Fanchi Enterprises only the limited rights needed to store, process, technically reproduce and transmit that material as necessary to provide Paraqyt to you — including to service providers, such as our AI provider, under the privacy controls described in our Privacy Policy and Trust page.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and use the material you provide.

8.Using generated analysis

You may use analysis generated by Paraqyt in academic, internal, commercial, presentation or other downstream work only with clear and unambiguous attribution to PRQT Labs — for example, “Analysis generated with Paraqyt (PRQT Labs).”

Using generated analysis does not grant you ownership of, or any right to redistribute, the underlying PRQT corpus. Do not use generated output as a means of reproducing substantial portions of protected works.

9.Accuracy

Paraqyt can be wrong. Generated output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current, and is not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying important conclusions and sources before relying on them.

10.Our intellectual property

The PRQT research corpus, Paraqyt, and this website — including their content, design and software — are owned by or licensed to Fanchi Enterprises. Except for the limited rights in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

11.Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or revoke research access, or permanently terminate an account, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use is abusive or puts the service, the corpus or other users at risk. You may stop using Paraqyt at any time.

12.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanchi Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or research results, arising from your use of Paraqyt during the beta.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops. We will change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice before they take effect where practical. Continuing to use Paraqyt after changes take effect means you accept them.

14.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION].
